3. Customer Data

When customers scan your QR code and leave a rating, we collect their star rating, written feedback (for negative reviews), and anonymous device/IP information for analytics. We do not collect customer names or contact details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use Google Gemini API to generate AI review drafts — only the business type, city, and star rating are sent (no personal data).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure database access.
